These large firms are associated with so many properties that it is impossible to get individualized service.

We are based in Southern California and our company operates out of Rancho Cucamonga, California. We have deep roots in the community, and we know the real estate market.
We are a privately owned business with minimal overhead; therefore we do not have the demands of sales goals, demanding corporate managers or financial pressures that would prevent us from simply making the best decisions possible and sincerely serving our Clients.
We have been in business since 1997 (incorporated in 2003) and our Principal Partners have operated in the real estate market for more than 115 years combined.
We have conducted thousands of real estate transactions as buyers, sellers, property management, consultants, lenders, and financial partners; therefore we have seen it all.
Our Group consists of True Professionals that hold licenses in the fields of Real Estate, Lending, Legal, Construction, Accounting, and what we refer to as "Real World" (experience from building Real Estate Portfolios).
